Customs Costs

In non-EU countries, customs costs apply. In this case, we charge the net goods value (goods value minus VAT, which is shown on the order summary page) plus the corresponding shipping costs.

Customs and/or import fees will be charged as soon as the package reaches the country. Fees for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no influence over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs regulations vary significantly from country to country. You can obtain more information about this from your local customs office.

General Ordering

Prices are subject to change and apply ex warehouse, plus transport and packaging costs, which are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. There is no minimum order value. All prices include the statutory sales tax.

If items are not available at the time of your order, we reserve the right to partial or back-order or cancel the non-available items.

You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your order with all item, delivery, and payment details, as well as later information about the processing status of your order.

You can have your delivery sent to an address different from the billing address. Please provide the details during the ordering process. Please note that the invoice is generally sent with the goods. If you wish to ship to a country for which no shipping costs are specified, please send us an email. We will then calculate the shipping costs and inform you.

Delivery Times

In general: Orders paid via PayPal have a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days.

Orders paid in advance will be shipped within two working days after the amount has been credited to our account, along with the order number.

Delivery time in Europe after payment receipt is 4 to 14 working days (depending on the recipient country).

For shipments to non-European countries, the delivery time depends on the shipping method (airmail/land/sea) and the destination.

We will send you an order confirmation with your order and our bank details via email.

After the invoice amount has been credited to our account with the order number, we will ship the order within two working days.

Payment via PayPal

For payments via PayPal, log in to your account after automatically being redirected to the PayPal page and pay the invoice amount using your credit card or bank transfer (depending on your PayPal settings).

You will be redirected back to the shop after completing the payment. The order will be shipped within two working days.
